Most people searching online for a business look for a website first, and not social media pages. So it’s important that your website gives a good first impression, represents your business well and enables prospective customers to get the information they need.  And yet many websites are outdated and neglected, don’t work properly or are absent altogether.

It’s a bit pointless spending money on other advertising mediums, especially ones that encourage site visitors, if you don’t have a decent website, and one that converts those visitors to customers. Of course, part of the problem is that, for a business, it can be difficult to know what constitutes a good website, and even more difficult figuring out who to get to build it (tip: get someone who knows about online marketing as well as website design).
